Associate - Identity and Access Management
User life-cycle management in various in-house and vendor based applications.
RPA Bot monitoring in night shift.
Role Management in applications.
Problem identification and timely resolving with the relevant solution for internal users
User provisioning in various in-house and vendor based applications.
Escalate, coordinate and follow up relevant issues to the next level or department as required
Setup client users as per the request to access our systems.
Troubleshoot L1 issues of client users that are accessing SS&C GlobeOp Systems.
Recertification of access rights of employees Legacy System Requisition Id.
