- Ability to maintain professional demeanor with all level of customers, domestic or foreign.
- Assist customers and partners in troubleshooting and diagnosing product problems via phone, e mail requests, or through online chat sessions.
- Lead product problem escalation issues on behalf of the customer.
- Create problem tickets and efficiently manage resolutions to a satisfactory closure for the customer.
- Work with Product Management and Engineering to analyze and help determine potential solutions for product problems.
