Full Job Description
Meeting or exceeding agreed net sales and profitability targets.
Motivating and inspiring the retail store teams to meet or exceed commercial goals and KPI's, and build Brand equity.
Continuously track the performance of the stores against the set yearly, quarterly and monthly business plan to ensure that the store operations meets the revenue targets.
Carrying out market research and Identifying potential markets for new store opening.
Use systems and models to capture the performance of each store on a daily basis and understand the reason for non-performance.
Take steps to improve the performance of non-performing stores and monitor the progress with Regional Managers.
Design systems and processes to monitor the store level expenses and ensure that they are within the defined limits.
Review cost expenses of stores and highlight areas of overspend to ensure the same can be controlled.
Ensure adherence to system and processes for smooth working of the store operations.
Co-ordinate with different departments to ensure products and support is available to the stores on time and customer experience is not affected.
Coach and develop store managers and Regional Managers to ensure high quality Multi-Store Management performance and to build a talent pool for higher Operations roles.
Ensure a leading shopping experience and continuously maximize profitability from the store portfolio.
Make recommendations to the Retail Operations Head on commercial opportunities at Market level by analyzing retail KPI's and local retail trends.
Analyzing data which has an impact on store performance.
To identify underperforming stores and develop a business plan to address and manage issues effectively.
To ensure that all stores adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, brand standards, company policies and procedures.
Effectively manage and review P&L of all the stores to optimize store profitability and standards.
