Job Description

Key Responsibilities : 

- Responsible for managing Sales function in the geography allocated.

- Responsible for achievement of target business numbers provided at the beginning of the year.

- Deliver month on month targets on Loan Disbursals, Processing Fee, Income and Portfolio Health.

- Responsible for driving the execution of growth initiatives to deliver top notch performance, desired productivities, market presence in line with company strategy and objectives.

- Responsible for activating new relationship with DSA, ensure adequate file flow/business.

- Maintaining weighted ROI as per set budgets.

- Cross Sell Insurance

- Maintaining Portfolio Quality
