Within SAP Success Delivery Centre, we are looking for an experienced Business Process Senior Consultant with proven experience in delivering successful E2E Customer Centric projects in the area of SAP ABAP along with functional expertise in Manufacturing industries (Automotive, Hitech, IM&C, Aerospace & Defense).
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As a Business Process Senior Consultant, you must possess deep product expertise/business experience and the ability to lead implementation/development projects.
You will be responsible for:
Supporting SAP’s Manufacturing Industries customers with S4 HANA implementations, architecture, assessments in the areas of S4 HANA Manufacturing.
Help customers to adopt SAP best practices, optimize their processes and implementation of optimized processes. Drive and Support S4 HANA assessments and Conversion projects in the manufacturing industries
Collaboration with development / support team for new SAP developments for the Manufacturing industries projects when required.
To provide thought leadership and resolve complex issues in escalated projects.
Project Bid support - creation and execution of presentations and demos to customers, MUs as required.
Supporting the Ramp-Up of new SAP products at our clients of in the Manufacturing sector and ensuring knowledge transfer to partners and customers
Help customers to leverage innovations as a part of their continuous improvement programs
Should lead and guide the team in the core and new solution areas
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Bachelor’s Degree – Master’s degree preferred but not required.
Strong Hands on experience in SAP ABAP and advanced skills
Deep SAP Product Expertise S4 HANA Manufacturing including S/4 HANA Manufacturing Cloud
Strong integration knowledge of integration with Logistics, procurement, inventory management, sales controlling & plant maintenance
Experience in working with SAP FIORI applications
Deep implementation Experience in any one or more of manufacturing industries (Automotive, IM&C, Hitech and Aerospace & Defense), Minimum 2 S4/HANA implementations in these industries
Experience in SAP Activate methodology
Overall 16 plus years with minimum 12 years of SAP ABAP consulting experience in SAP Manufacturing specifically in any one of the Manufacturing industries (Automotive, IM&C, Hitech and Aerospace & Defense)
Minimum 4 to 5 End to End implementation project experience in customer facing role.
Should have played the role of Solution Architect / Lead roles in multiple implementation projects
Should be experienced with different project delivery models like onsite-offshore, onsite-nearshore-offshore, integrated delivery model etc.,
Domain experience in manufacturing industry would be an advantage
