Role and Responsibility:
- Developing job descriptions and job advertisements, screening and interviewing candidates, and managing payroll-related activities
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits.
- Report to management and provide decision support through hr metrics
- Plan, organize, direct, control, or coordinate the personnel training.
- Need to handle grievances
- Handle all of the problems related to staffing.
- Work as the office administrator
- Creating of SOP, organization structure, and plan staffing requirements
- Formulating KPI for each job role and taking reporting accordingly.
- Working knowledge of project management tools i.e. ASANA, JIRA
Desired Skills:
- Should have an HR background or prior experience in the same field
- The candidate must have an excellent command of excel.
- Knowledge of formulas in excel and google sheets
- Learn project management tools i.e. ASANA, JIRA
- Knowledge of the process of the E-commerce industry.
- Excellent skills in English (written and communication)
