Job Description
Responsibilities:
Strategizing various brand/lead generation/thought leadership campaigns with different members from the marketing team, allocating budgets for promoted content, and continuously optimizing these campaigns with revised targeting, budgets, and creative refreshes.
Increase brand engagement, mentions, and increased followers through social campaigns driven by competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections.
Optimise company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content, by increasing relevant followers and enhanced engagements.
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
Collaborate with other departments (customer success, product, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
Create a social media calendar monthly.
Online Reputation Management.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media and apps.
Helping hand with the graphic designer whenever needed.
Coordinating with graphic designers/video editors for social media content creation.
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of Twitter, LinkedIn, Quora, Instagram & YouTube marketing.
Have a creative mindset.
A team player, and critical thinker, with problem-solving skills, and good time-management skills.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Beginner knowledge of graphic designing & video editing (Photoshop and Ai is a plus).
Understanding of visual communication.
Minimum experience of a year with visible social media growth for B2B brands.
