CMS Business Acquisition (Physical CMS, Digital CMS - eCMS, ACH Debit & UPI) & Host to Host Integration.
Dividend Business Acquisition
Joint/Individual meeting along with Business RM with companies declaring dividend. Meeting the Company Secretary/ Treasury Team/ Banking Team.
Publishing Minutes of the meeting to respective business unit head & Key stakeholders. Seeking details from the client for preparing profitability template/ based on past history and validate post completion of the deal.
Preparing the dividend profitability template to ascertain deal profitability basis the details obtained from client.
Interacting & take approval from business/Central CMS Product team for finalizing the pricing for the deal.
Sharing the proposal with the client and liaising with the client for routing the deal with Bank.
Coordinating with Internal and External Team for seamless implementation of deal.
To process the reimbursement of expenses towards dividend deal and track the payments against agreed amount.
Report to Central CMS Product team for pending payments/ provisioning
Payment Business Acquisition (Digital Payment)- Vendor Payment, Tax Payment (CBDT, GST), Salary Payment, Statutory Payments (ESIC, EPFO central/state Govt. payment), & Host to Host Integration
CMS Collection Business Penetration & Digital Transition
Periodical review of Client level Trend analysis - Objective to identify increase/decrease of business
Regular meeting with the client for increasing the penetration, New Digital Product offering. Periodical review of active and inactive location and dealer/ client virtual account.
Periodical review of mandate registration (Physical & eMandate).
Work on ACH Debit Portability – New / Incremental business.
Increase in Payment Product Holding & Digital Transition
Periodical review of Payment Product Holding - Objective to identify existing payment product increase/decrease of business.
Regular meeting with the client for increasing the product holding, Digital migration.
Work on Host to Host integration for transmission of payment processing and auto reconciliation.
Cost to Income Objective (Digital Penetration/ Transition)
Periodical review of Client level CTI Trend for identified clients - High Volume, High CTI. Monitoring the transactions viz a viz Income, Cost etc.
Taking corrective action for client where business is not profitable i.e. Revision in Pricing, Migration of physical transaction to Digital Platform/ Products etc.
CMS Department Objectives:
Ensure that objectives set by the CMS Department Seniors are worked upon and results are achieved under guidance and direction of Senior Solution Manager / Unit Head.
Regular client visits to ensure that all requirements are met and deliver as per agreed TAT.
Coordinating with Respective Product Manager, WBO Operation and BTG
Coordinating with Respective Product Manager CMS, eCMS, ACH, UPI etc., WBO operation and BTG in order to provide customized solution to customer.
Ensure end deliverables are setup based on customer requirement.
Project Management Skills
Ensure that specific projects given for execution as directed and guided by Unit Head/Senior Solution Manager are driven to completion within a time bound manner.
Graduate but preferably post graduate
Minimum experience in years – 4 to 10 yr
Functional, Job & Banking Knowledge. Strong understanding of customer requirement and expectation Domain expert in New Digital Product understanding - ACH / UPI / Host to Host integration
