Job Description

Responsibilities:

• You will join a growing team of experienced developers building a cross-platform application, backend services and open platform
• You will collaborate with your peers to define architecture, quality standards, and best practices
• You will work closely with our product team, teaming up in small cross-functional teams to bring features from idea to prototype to final implementation
• Collaborate with design, data, and other teams to build beautiful interfaces that look great and run smoothly

Requirements:

• You have 2+ years of experience developing and shipping real-world React Native applications.
• You have 2+ years of writing Javascript (React, TypeScript), Android (Kotlin, Java), or iOS (Swift, Objective-C), and C++ development frameworks, and fundamentals. We don't expect everyone to be an expert in all of these, and everyone has their specialties, but the more platforms you're comfortable with (or want to learn! ), the faster we can move.
• Strong product sense and pursuit of good user experience
• Experience with source control systems (prefer Github)
• Strive to craft clean, reliable, and highly maintainable code
• Experience with test-driven development, performance testing, and pair programming
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Web Sockets to connect applications to back-end services
• To you, technologies and programming languages are about tradeoffs. You may be opinionated, but you're not ideological and can learn new technologies as you go
