Job Description - Performance Analyst
- Social Media Analysis: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies.
- Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using social media marketing tools.
- Analyze User Engagement on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- ORM: Monitor community conversations; address negative feedback and concerns immediately
- Develop an organized system and make recommendations on how to improve customer experience and loyalty.
- Social Listening: Monitor competitive presences and perceptions across social channels.
- Pull and interpret data from social listening tools including volume, sentiment, audience, influencers, etc.
