Established in the year 2007, Reliance Brands Limited is an investment arm of Reliance Industries in Premium to Luxury segment of Retail. RBL began operations with a mandate to launch and build international and domestic brands in the premium-to-luxury segment across apparel, footwear and lifestyle businesses. Its current portfolio comprises of all long-term partnerships such as Bally, Kate Spade, Emporio Armani, Canali, Coach, Brooks Brothers, Diesel, MUJI, Steve Madden, Superdry, Hunkemoller, Iconix etc. We have 60 International Brands & Omni-channel partnerships in the country with over 700+ point of sales.
Job Role: The Business HR Partner will be responsible for 60% Talent acquisition, On-boarding Management, Employee relations, Talent retention and Engagement, etc.
Talent Acquisition & on-boarding:
Talent acquisition through all sources for roles in stores PAN India
Manage Fill Ratio – Actual Vs Budgeted headcount adherence of fill rate at stores
Compliance to Budget – Actual Vs Budgeted adherence of manpower costs
No of SM hired and retained in the past one year
Employee Life Cycle Management:
Employee On Boarding through HOT – As per Existing KRAs
Employee Engagement at Stores – Performance against objectives as detailed earlier
Exit Management Process – As per existing KRAs
Performance Management & Career Progression:
ROCK & RAP – Performance against objectives
Annual Reviews & analytics
Partnering & coordinating with internal stakeholders

SAP HR knowledge is preferred

Education & Experience Required:
Min 2 years of experience
Team handling experience in dynamic work environment.
Any Post graduation degree
