Job Description
We are Hiring a Product Manager who is responsible for ideation, scoping and end-to-end delivery for digital systems for wealth products. Define product life cycle for RM/client/partners. Focus on customer centric & RM-centric process journey. Articulate the requirement with technology team (BRS) to get the process and platform developed, ensuring UAT & production movement.
Responsibilities:
- Design the process and system
- Ensuring process adoption & regular audit
- Interaction with Senior Management
- Project Management
- Articulation of process requirements high-tech/Sales/Ops/Compliance/Legal etc
- Identify Gaps in existing process by connecting with various stake holders & bring solution, UAT & Production movement
- Continuous effort to make process more efficient & achieving scale by adopting STP & digitisation
Requirements:
- With 2 to 5 years of experience.
- 3 to 5 years (Should have experience in any CRM tool like ZOHO, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce etc)
- Fair knowledge of Customer life cycle, Onboarding, and Customer Servicing (QRC), Trade settlement
- Process design & and implementation
- Strong Data & Process Analytics
- Good Interpersonal Skills, Comfortable with Excel & formulas
- Fair English writing skills & content communication for email
- Multi-Tasking & handling deadlines
- Requirement related to backend system for setting up sales process systems
- Promote process launch with help of marketing team
- Connect with business team & understand the process gaps.
- Understanding Requirement, status update.
- Graduate with MBA preferred
