Job Description

We are seeking a skilled DevOps L2 Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our infrastructure, which includes Kubernetes, ArgoCD, GitOps, GKE, and GCP. You will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing our systems, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring that our services are always available to our users.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain our infrastructure, including Kubernetes, ArgoCD, GitOps, GKE, and GCP.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our infrastructure and services.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that applications and services are deployed in a reliable and efficient manner.
• Implement automation to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of our infrastructure.
• Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure and support processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in DevOps or infrastructure support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, ArgoCD, GitOps, GKE, GCP, and Linux.
• Basic understanding of scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby.
• Understanding of network protocols and security principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
