Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Work Hours: Night Shift (IST)- 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM, 5 days/week (Mon to Fri)
Work Location: Nacharam Main Road, Habsiguda Uppal, Hyderabad (WORK FROM OFFICE ONLY)

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit candidates through job portals, referrals, universities and network, prior database of candidates.
• Connect with candidates of a specific visa type to bring them on our training program or for direct marketing.
• Ability to interact, develop student network, and get candidates.
• Strong experience in hiring certain visa type candidates.
• Need to maintain a good relationship with team members as well as consultants.
• Maintain the database of candidates along with all follow-up related information
• Posting vacancies on university websites and portals. Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds
• Responsible for negotiation, paperwork validation and close candidates.
• Explaining and Negotiation about compensation / packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, qualification to determine pay type/rate, relocation benefits for the consultants.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in staffing industry
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-starter, team player and a quick learner.
• Candidates should be work independently without close supervision.
• Have team leadership potential.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
