Job Description

This is a remote position.

We're looking for an associate project manager to join our team. If you're someone who loves ownership, can work on your own, and wants to be part of this sail, this is for you.

What you'll do

Work with software development teams across multiple streams.

Researching new software (web/mobile apps) products and projects. Listing down queries based on your research. Interacting with clients to get validations.

Own and deliver releases per sprint. Responsible for getting deliverables done and removing blockers along with the delivery.

Facilitate business and technical requirements/design sessions and act as a subject matter expert in a specific technology or business function.

Stay involved in customer interaction, facilitate team and client meetings, and effectively communicate relevant project information to the leadership.

Effectively manages client expectations by communicating regularly to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions, accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests

Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and a good understanding of domain and technology.

Requirements
You've at least 2+ years of hands-on experience working as a project manager. Bonus if you've worked on building SaaS products/projects.

You've excellent know-how of software systems.

You’ve great communication skills (verbal and written).

You’re driven enough to build processes that scale up.

You have a clear understanding of agile development methodology.

You can combine technical and business skills to understand, test, and challenge while working harmoniously with the business and technology owners

You are seeking a full-time engagement and are not distracted by freelancing / personal projects.
