Job Profile SummaryServes as a business partner to the leader of a Business Unit (BU). Has end-to-end HR responsibility for their BU. Responsible for HR strategies and programs for their BU. Expected to participate as a business partner on the BU leadership staff. This role is large and complex. Typically manages and provides guidance to other HR professionals and has an assigned client group. Primary role is to be the strategic leader of the HR function for the BU. Handles the most complex employee-relations issues end-to-end. Attracts, retains, and develops talent. Applies strategic thinking to broad issues that affect the direction of the business unit or function. Translates business strategies into HR strategies. Coaches senior line leaders regarding organization and leadership effectiveness issues. Establishes operating mechanisms that drive execution. Assesses talent and places the right people with the right values in the right roles. Works as a member of the leadership team, fully participating in establishing business and organizational strategy and implementation plans. Uses strategic objectives to focus thinking and builds a collective and shared vision for goals. Aligns the people necessary to achieve a shared vision. Speaks knowledgeably and articulately and communicates easily and effectively with individuals at any level in the organization.The following information is required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act and applies only to individuals working in the state of Colorado. The anticipated starting pay range of Colorado applicants for this role is $114,000-$150,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
