Responsibilities
· Execution of end to end recruitment process
· Execution of onboarding process
· Support in employee engagement activities and training programs
· Support in creating and executing effective HR Communications
· Maintain relevant records and MIS
· Supporting HR priority projects
KEY SKILLS and COMPETENCIES
· Should have prior knowledge and experience in recruitment and employee communication
· Very Good MS Office Experience
· Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, timeline-driven environment
· Innovative and creative mindset
