Responsibilities
User-Centric Strategies: Develop and execute marketing strategies that focus on user onboarding, adoption, and engagement within a product-led framework.
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage user data and behavioral analytics to identify opportunities for improving the user experience and increasing product adoption.
Conversion Optimization: Implement A/B testing and user journey analysis to optimize conversion rates and reduce friction points in the user funnel.
In-Product Messaging: Create and refine in-product messaging, tooltips, and onboarding sequences to guide users through the value proposition and feature set.
Free-to-Paid Conversion: Develop strategies to encourage free users to upgrade to paid plans, including tiered feature introductions and value-driven communication.
Content Creation: Produce compelling content that educates users about product features, benefits, and best practices. This could include tutorials, videos, blog posts, and interactive guides.
User Feedback Loop: Establish mechanisms for gathering user feedback, interpreting their needs, and communicating insights to the product team for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and data analysts to align marketing efforts with product goals and user needs.
Experimentation: Design and execute growth experiments to test hypotheses and iterate on strategies, using data to drive decisions.
Competitor and Market Analysis: Stay current with industry trends and competitors to identify gaps and opportunities within the market.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Proven experience in a product-led growth marketing role, preferably within the technology or software industry.
Deep understanding of user behavior and experience optimization, with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Proficiency in using data analytics tools to extract insights and drive decision-making.
Experience with user segmentation and targeting strategies.
Familiarity with product analytics tools and user behavior tracking.
Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams effectively.
Creative mindset with a user-centric approach to problem-solving.
Experience with marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Knowledge of SaaS and subscription-based business models is a plus.
