Job Description:
- Effectively and efficiently drive employee life cycle experience Recruitment, on boarding, documentation, transfers, engagement events, Employee communication activities, regulatory requirements and separations management.
- HR SPOC to address & resolve HR Related issues pertaining to attendance, salary, KRAs, Learning Management, Rewards and Recognition, MIS, Data Management, Leave management, day to day issues and grievances
- Conducting Induction / training sessions / presentations on new initiatives, policies and process as and when needed.
- Effective usage of budget and bring in cost efficiency by doing things differently.
- Drive end to end core Administration activities covering Cafeteria Management, Fleet Management, office repairs and maintenance and upkeep, preventive maintenance of office equipment's, stationary.
Other Requirements:
- Experience: 1-4 years
- Female Candidate preferred
- Candidates from Western Suburbs preferred
- Immediate Joiner preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
