Job Description :
We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. Your primary focus will be managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs competition
- Coordinating with the marketing team for lead generation.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
