Job Description

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience troubleshooting and supporting B2B large enterprise applications
• Strong work experience in production issue resolution
• Good understanding of public cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP and ability to debug hard technical issues with public as well as private cloud
• Experience in a number of the following
• IAM Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC)
• Cloud authentication/access policies
• Cloud networking infrastructure
• TLS/SSL, X. 509 certificates,
• AWS Key Management Service, MSFT Key Vault, GCP KMS
• SCIM provisioning and Rest API Calls (e. g. Post, Get, Patch, etc. )
• Identity provider experience (Okta, PingFederate, OneLogin, ADFS, Azure AD, etc. )
• AWS PrivateLink, Azure Private Link, GCP private access
• Expert in Kubernetes architecture
• Expert in cloud, on-prem, and service architecture in multi-region setups.
• Experience with OAuth/OIDC and IAM technologies.
• Experience in troubleshooting front-end UI applications using har/console logs, HTTP error codes
• Experience in troubleshooting backend applications from various resource usage metrics perspective
