Business Development Associate - B2B sales/Corporate relations

Founded in 2021 by IIT Delhi, ISB alumni, till now we have upskilled and placed 50+ candidates and helped 20+ companies to hire through our platform.
1. Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships
2. Conduct market research on the target companies, and reach out to them with our value proposition
3. Build client farming strategy by building communication channels with the companies to build a sustainable demand funnel
4. Create a company feedback mechanism
5. Coordinate with internal and external parties involved for a smooth placement process
6. Ensure a constant flow of conversations with leading companies in India
1. Candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience in B2B sales, client-facing, key account management, sales, and business development roles
2. Strong communication skills in written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation skills
3. Interested in solving business and customer issues through strong lines of communication and presence of mind
4. Go-getter attitude, and data-driven
5. Always curious, and able to think long term
6. Capable of working independently, and able to handle responsibility individually
7. Ownership with a bias for action

Salary - 3-5 lacs fixed, upto 3 lacs variable (performance linked)
