Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to manage HR operations across the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to exit (excluding talent acquisition)
• Handle all administrative tasks related to onboarding/ offboarding, new hire coordination, exit interviews, etc
• Liaison with the finance and legal teams for matters pertaining to payroll, tax, ESOPs and statutory compliances
• Assist the business and vertical leaders with their respective PMS and appraisal cycles
• Maintain relevant HR/ employee data for investors and provide general ad-hoc reporting support, including HR metrics
• Serve as an escalation point for any grievances and provide guidance and intervention, as needed to resolve them
• Provide ongoing support on HR related matters, policies and procedures
• Support the implementation and on-time delivery of HR projects/ processes
• Provide feedback on HR processes & enhancements required to ensure alignment of HR processes with business objectives
• Develop and implement robust and contemporary processes across the employee lifecycle
• Ensure all statutory and compliance requirements are addressed comprehensively

Requirements:

• 3-8 years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in the HR operations domain
• Must come with experience in a start-up and the ability to work well in an unstructured environment
• Should be proactive and should be able to build a strong connect/ rapport with employees
• Hands-on with the ability to work effectively, with minimal day-to-day supervision
• Should have the maturity and ability to handle key stakeholders
• Ability to work well independently in fast paced and dynamic set-up
