- Must be from FMCG back ground
- Candidate having working knowledge in Spices industry will be added advantage
- Maintaining and increasing sales of company’s products
- Reaching the targets and goals set for our area
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding our customer base
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and our team as a whole
- Recruiting and training sales staff
- Allocating areas to sales representatives
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Monitoring our team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Reporting to senior managers
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Experience: minimum 5 years in Channel Sales (FMCG only).
- Role: Handling Channel sales including Creation of CNF point, appointment of Dealer and distributor.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
