We are looking for an exceptional UX Designer whose focus will be to create delightful and customer-focused designs that provide a superior experience, working on an area of our lending ecosystem and driving things end to end. Someone with attention to detail, who focuses on understanding users' pain points before designing products, and who can provide creative and simple UX solutions for complex business problems.
Responsibilities:
- You'll need extraordinary design skills for this role. At all times, you must keep our users in mind and take a comprehensive view of the experience from discovery (0) to delivery (1).
- You'll collaborate with people from different departments and roles, such as product, business, risk & policy and other cross-functional teams. Together, you will be actively involved in identifying customer aspirations and mapping those to business goals.
- Understands the consumer through past experiences, research, and market data and ensures laser focus on the consumer during product development.
- You will be responsible for designing products from wire-framing to developing end-to-end flows and prototypes, with the goal of creating solutions to problems that are both simple and beautiful.
- You collaborate closely with front-end developers to provide polished features and user interfaces.
- You are continuously iterating and pushing the design frontier to new heights. Build habit-forming products with world-class execution.
- Combining the strength of analytics and heuristics with cutting-edge consumer validation approaches, this is both intuitive and data-driven.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience of professional experience with a proven track record of designing world-class products.
- A stunning portfolio with detailed case studies.
- Focused on the customer and has experience using design research methods to learn about the customer.
- You love to solve problems, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and are always up for a challenge.
- Ready to work in an agile environment and willing to try new things all the time.
- Being able to think about product strategy at a high level and clearly break it down into design deliverables.
- A good grasp of the UX methodology and lifecycle across all major channels and platforms.
- Assume full responsibility for the design process and participate in it as an independently led member of a design team.
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail;
- Excellent knowledge of clean user interface design and Prototyping skills.
- Should be well versed in best practices while designing in Figma and design to developer hand-off.
- Strong command over developer guidelines across platforms and web.
- Capable of gaining trust and managing your peers in order to provide a satisfying experience with the product.
- Should be able to demo your designs and defend design decisions backed with research or competitive benchmarking.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to listen, be proactive at addressing feedback, represent and advocate for the best user experience.
- Not only can you think about the UI and UX, but also about the motion and flows between interactions.
- Ability to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
- You have a passion for communicating your ideas to others in the design and art world via talks, presentations, and engaging blog entries.
