Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback and insights to inform product development and innovation.
• Work with the product management team to define and prioritise features, creating product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and seamless user experiences.
• Monitor key performance metrics to track product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the product management team in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
• Assist in driving product growth and adoption, leveraging data to identify opportunities to improve user engagement and retention.
• Manage the product backlog, working closely with the product management team and engineering to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.

Requirements:

• (Loan journey PMs having worked on D2C in fintechs)
• (Lending experience in banks/NBFCs; underwriting product)
• (Telesales)
• (Customer servicing in lending; fintech; consumer tech; edtech)
• (People with fintech lending experience or fintech wealth experience)
