Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual for our real estate project whose prime responsibility will be to handle real estate sales, revenue strategies and marketing of a residential project.

Requirements:

• Site Visit Handling and communication
• Exceptional with Closing experience of ticket size between 1 cr to 30 crs
• Client Relations
• Lead Closing
• Co-ordination with Marketing Teams
• Co-ordination with CRM Teams
• Evaluate customer's skills, and needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.
• Communicating with clients regularly during the life of a project to ensure that they are pleased with the progress being made
• Negotiating price adjustments with clients when necessary based on changing market conditions
• Preparing closing documents such as purchase contracts, escrow agreements, title policies, and closing statements
