- Currently handling Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) and Loan against Securities (LAS) portfolio of around 120 crore.
- Advising clients with financial products and services like ESOP, LAS OD Financing, AIF- s, PMS, Structured products, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Equities, and Insurance etc. as needed.
- Execute monthly sales plan to acquire large prospective clients and ensure regular contact with all mapped clients through regular weekly / monthly calls and meetings.
- Maintain the required pricing revenue generation Risk and Margin maintenance for clients.
- Lead and supervise the team for the implementation of the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation and deployment strategies.
- Constantly keep abreast on market trends and competitor intelligence to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Ensure the files are processed from login stage to disbursement and liaise with internal departments for completion.
- Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of relationship managers so as to assure achievement of team results and thereby meet the business targets and profitability of the area.
