Job Description
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to creating qualified demos to AEs through outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and calls to qualify and schedule discovery calls
You will be responsible for qualifying leads by understanding customer pain points and scoring them on the BANT framework
You will be participating in sales meetings, meet-ups, and trade shows to enhance brand awareness and expand your network.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS company for the North America market
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to derive actionable insights from campaign metrics
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Ability to adapt to different time zones and manage leads accordingly
Experience in selling OKR platforms / Performance Review solutions/ Selling solutions to HR Executives is a bonus.
