Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the delinquency performance and derive data-driven insights for creating risk strategies in acquisition and portfolio management.
• Drive key risk metrics for acquisition and portfolio by developing data-driven insights and risk strategies.
• Monitor risk performance to identify any developing trends and design portfolio interventions for corrective action.
• Drive continuous performance improvement for various risk metrics via an ongoing test-and-learn framework.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor team members in solving complex problems.

Requirements:

• 4 - 7 years of risk experience in the lending domain with a Fintech / NBFC / Bank.
• Bachelors / Masters's degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics/Engineering or other quantitative disciplines.
• Working experience in SQL & Python/Pyspark, handling large and complex data sets.
• The candidate should possess an analytical bend of mind and should be comfortable with ambiguity.
• Excellent critical thinking, creative problem-solving skills, and sound judgment with an eye for detail.
• Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management.
