Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the marketing team, you’ll take ownership and deliver on marketing projects, from social media strategy to marketing communication plans.  This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and understands the role of marketing in driving business impact. You’ll be working extensively with the marketing team and wider commercial teams to drive growth through the business and bring our brand to life across social, events, sponsorships, and more! What you’ll be doing 🤩 …- Work closely with our content team to create a robust content distribution plan and promote our content, utilising channel specific strategies to increase reach and engagement- Help manage our CRM system to ensure marketing lists are up to date and plan multi-touch email acquisition and nurturing programs to better engage with prospects and customers- Work with the wider marketing team to optimise channel performance to help maximise campaign performance- Manage design briefing and management process with internal and external resources, ensuring collateral is created on time and to a high standard- Create a strong organic social and community strategy to build brand awareness and position PayFit UK as a trusted brand- Create, coordinate and manage an internal and external events strategyIdentify marketing and partnership opportunities to drive and support partner marketing needs- Own our marketing calendar and communication strategy to ensure the business is aware and briefed on all marketing activities- Upload new resources to our website and manage our resource + campaign landing pages, reporting on success and opportunitiesWe’d love to meet someone with 😍 …- 3-4 years experience in B2B marketing (SaaS experience is a big plus!)- Experience across brand, marketing, content, and advertising- Ability to collaborate closely with different stakeholders within and outside of the marketing team- Excellent verbal and written skills- A curious and proactive self-starter, with the ability to work strategically and tactically- Time and project management skills – highly organised with strong attention to detail and an ability to deliver to deadlines- A strong understanding of different marketing channels and how they can drive business growth- A desire to learn, with a strong passion for marketing and brandIn return for this we will offer you 💜...    - The opportunity to ‘Work from anywhere’ - use the office or any other location as your daily working environment (including internationally for up to 6 months of the year)- The opportunity to visit and work from our PayFit offices in London, Paris, Berlin and Barcelona- Private medical insurance with Vitality- UK Team Bonuses for reaching growth milestones. - 1 day off per year to volunteer for non-profits and charitable organisations- We cover 50% of your travel to work costs - We have fortnightly fruit packages delivered to your house (to help you get your 5 a day!) - Weekly Deliveroo credit to spend on meals of your choice- 25 days holiday per year - A beautiful office in Farringdon with fruit and snacks for the team to enjoy - Regular social events Hiring Process ⚙️- Screening call with our People team- Interview with our Head of Marketing- Task and presentation with our Head of Marketing and Head of Growth- Interview with our Country Manager - Meet the team
