Job Profile: Business Development Executive
CTC: 4L - 7L , based on probation Period performance.
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential customers.
- Assist in the development through inbound & outbound customer calls.
- Regular follow-ups with new and existing customers.
- Ongoing monitoring and analysis to review performance and optimize accordingly.
- Update and create tailored client proposals.
- Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (2016-2021 Passouts).
Experience level: Freshers(Preferred) / maximum 1 - 2 years of experience only (in Inside Sales/telesales experience).
- Willing to meet targets
- Having the interest & understanding of the Indian education sector.
- Having a knack for sales.
- Good communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Should be fluent in English & Hindi.
Probation details: -
Work From home job with the probation period of 4 months, during which the salary will be Rs 10,000/month + incentives up to 30k
