Review and manage production incidents on a daily basis
Provide technical leadership to the L1/L2 support team to address incidents within SLAs
Provide executive-level updates and briefings on State of Business Operations
Lead the mindset of continuous optimization to reduce overall incident volume and increase application uptime and usability
Partner closely with Blue Yonder to address product-specific issues and influence the product roadmap accordingly.
Estimate the workload of implementation activities that are within the scope of their skills; assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution, assess integration complexity and architecture.
Conduct technical analysis sessions with the project team to understand the functional and technical needs and develop technical solutions to meet those needs.
Design and develop platform workflow/ user interface, integration scripts, data mapping, data modeling and loading of data.
Worked as a lead technical consultant on technical implementation, enhancement, managed services and integration.
Provide a variety of technical support to the project team including quality assurance, configuration, troubleshooting, system testing, programming, etc.
Monitor batch failures and handle custom code in an efficient way.
