Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead the effort to identify and automate manual processes in Workday, using technologies such as Workday reports, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), and Studio to create boomerangs.
Collaborate with the HCM and recruiting leads to automate document generation within
Workday using technologies such as Workday reporting, BIRT, and Digital e-Signatures.
Assist with designing and implementing approved changes to Workdays business processes.
Participates in the semi-annual releases for Workday, by providing expertise evaluating, testing, recommending and implementing new features.
Researching new ways using Workday community to leverage Workday to solve current business problems.
Participate in special projects for the Workday platform; working with HCM and recruiting leads based on project needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and two to three years of HR systems experience
Experience: 3-5 years
Must have strong analysis/problem-solving abilities as well as a proven ability to pay close attention to detail; must be a self-starter with strong technical background.
Experience with HTML, XML, and XSLT, basic reporting, extracting and transforming data using current industry tools.
Experience with BIRT, Workday studio and Boomerang are highly preferred.
Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Advanced skills with Excel preferred.
Experience with Workday HRIS preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
