- Assume responsibility for client management, including overall leadership for a portfolio of clients.
- Drive brand awareness and growth for clients in the BFSI sector.
- Cultivate and expand senior-level client relationships, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders by effectively negotiating and managing client expectations and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute integrated communication plans.
- Offer strategic guidance to key clients, becoming a trusted advisor to both clients and competitors.
- Provide technical insights, conduct analysis, conceptualize solutions, and prepare reports, plans, and presentations.
- Communicate with clients, identify and address new issues, and lead client meetings.
- Stay updated on industry, business, and regulatory developments.
- Develop and implement public relations campaigns for clients.
- Maintain media relations.
- Focus on strategic communication to meet clients' specific needs.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with media representatives across various news outlets.
- Assist clients in establishing connections with the media.
- Contribute to building a brand presence within the media fraternity.
- Plan and execute a calendar of events in alignment with the marketing schedule.
- Participate in new business pitches.
You will be a good fit if you :
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in English/PR/Journalism/Media or Mass Communications.
- Possess 3 to 6 years of work experience, preferably within a reputable PR agency.
- Have experience in handling the BFSI sector.
- Demonstrate strong writing skills and a willingness to work on technical content.
