Job Description

• You will work closely with the founding team, help define the product roadmap, and have a lot of room for flexibility.
• You will use lean experimentation principles and techniques to develop digital experiments where you will help accelerate evidence based decision making to inform product, business and commercial decisions.
• You will work with the team of UX, Data engineering to ensure that product & service solutions truly address important customer needs and thus deliver superior customer and business value.
• You will take initiative to improve the system both at design and implementation level. As Poshn grows, you may also help with recruiting and training the team.

• Conduct customer research and deconstruct the user’s digital interaction  
• Working directly with founder to define the roadmap Interface with clients and help provide the best support for our product
• Ability to analyse the core business needs and to suggest the best UX approach
• Capturing and clearly articulating requirements: work closely with end customers in order to prioritise different working items
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Have taste for simple and elegant design language
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images

• You have 4+ years of experience with  UX/UI research and design preferably in technology product
• You have made major contributions to 3 or more to technology products. You have experience designing complete applications.
• You have a portfolio showing the best of your works ( dribble/behance/website etc.)

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Understanding of standard design principles and interface guidelines for Android/iOS/Web
• Knowledge of wireframe tools such as Invision/Figma/Sketch
• Strong communication skills

• Experience Building a design culture in the organisation
• Any experience or knowledge of e-commerce & supply chain industry
