Your responsibilities:
Desktop administration operating system Windows 7, 8 and 10
Hardware troubleshooting.
Printer/ Scanner/ Laptop installation and troubleshooting
Outlook and Office 365 experience
Windows Server OS Active directory AD Incident/ Production Management - Installing, Configuring and Hardening of Windows 2012 / 2016 Servers.
Experience in Installation / Configuration/ troubleshooting Server operating system.
Installing, Configuring and Managing AD / DHCP / DNS Services.
Good Knowledge Networking.
Configuring LAN/WAN / Router / Switches / wifi devices.
Good knowledge on Hardware firewall and configuring.
