'A Business consultant having knowledge of Banking and /or Banking Analytics experience, will provide his functional inputs and work closely with both Technical and Functional subject matter experts, and other project team members to successfully deploy the OFSAA products in the enterprise risk management area with focus on regulatory calculations and reporting.
Will function as business consultant involving knowledge of Banking and expertise in one or more of the following areas - Liquidity Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting and Basel Regulatory Capital.
Will function as Functional consultant on ERM projects covering
Involvement in various phases of the implementation lifecycle including requirements, architecture/design, development, testing and/or training
Evaluating customer requirements and compiling design documentation as well as architecting solutions to ensure successful customer implementations
Facilitating workshops to gather requirements and assess gaps in requirements or level of detail required to properly scope and plan implementations
Assisting in scoping and defining work efforts, resource plans, and estimating cost on phases/projects
Preparing and presenting materials for site visits, project work, and training services.
Implementing prototypes/demos for use in sales situations and site visits
Developing and maintaining internal applications, intellectual property and tools
Implementation experience of OFSAA solutions
Implementation experience in Basel III, liquidity risk and local regulatory guidelines.
Knowledge of risk management with expertise in Liquidity Risk Management, Liquidity Coverage Ratio, Net Stable Funding Ratio, Additional Monitoring Metrics reporting is a must
Knowledge of and experience in regulatory guidelines for Basel III in general and liquidity risk in specific is a must
Knowledge of European Banking Authority guidelines and associated COREP liquidity reports is an added advantage
Knowledge of other areas in ERM such as Regulatory Capital, Credit Risk, Market Risk, IFRS9 is an added advantage
Education /Professional Qualifications
MBA in Finance/CFA/CA
An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
