A Technical Consultant experienced in the implementation of OFSAA Suite of solutions. Reporting directly to the Project Manager/Project Lead, the Technical Analyst will work closely with both Technical and Functional subject matter experts from the insurance side, and other team members on the Oracle side, to successfully deploy the OFSAA ERM solutions including IFRS 17. Hands-on knowledge and experience in OFSAA solutions, data model and architecture is required.
Install and deploy the OFSAA solutions in a customer environment. This includes coordinating with customer technical resources.
Support all phases of deploying the OFSAA solutions at customer sites including initial installation, patches and upgrades, application configuration, user acceptance testing and go-live.
Interact with Functional and Technical Consultants to ensure the successful deployment of the OFSAA solutions.
Design solutions to meet customer specific requirements
Discuss and document configuration of client environment.
Adopt and contribute to Organizational best practice methodologies for knowledge dissemination throughout the OFSAA Delivery organization
Understanding of system security principles, specifically around user authorization and authentication methods and technologies
Strong customer interaction skills and the ability to assess a client’s IT processes and strategies. In addition, must be able to lead clients through the process of integrating the FCCM solutions into their operational environment.
Mature, self-starting, self-motivating, and capable of making decisions independently
Must be willing to travel to any location in the world depending on the project needs
Implementation experience with OFSAA ERM suite of applications including FSDF, DIH, IFRS9, Basel, Liquidity Risk Management
Knowledge of OFSAA architecture, data flows, batches and user security
Familiarity with OBIEE
Knowledge of IFRS17 solution is an added advantage
Good knowledge of PL/SQL
Education /Professional Qualifications:
Graduate or undergraduate level degree focused on Computer Science, Software Engineering or Systems Engineering

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
