Full lifecycle ERP Project/Delivery Management experience, from requirement development / definition to functional solution design, implementation (Convert, Integrate, Extend), system testing, user acceptance testing, go-live and service management.
Good understanding of Oracle Cloud products, architectures, concepts and its service offerings
Good understanding of Industry solution (at least one Industry) and implementation aspects of engagement(s), integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget; act as the domain expert on projects, providing coaching, mentoring, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members; effectively communicate with management of customer organizations; participate in business development activities; develop and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
Should have experience in leadership role to manage offshore delivery team (functional and/or technical) with execution capability on the delivery of SaaS & PaaS based solutions to extend and integrate with ERP; perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement ERP Cloud products and respective technical cloud offerings to meet customer needs; apply Oracle delivery methodology, company processes, and leading best practices;
Strong experience in Technical Leadership roles on E-business suite during the initial stage of the career
Industry recognized Project Management certifications such as PMI or Prince II.
Strong business writing skills and verbal communication.
Strong analytical abilities and experience in quantitative project management, including financials and metrics.
Strong people and team management experience.
This manager-level position is responsible for a segment within a given project portfolio which can be defined by industry, service line, technology center, specialty area or region. Main responsibilities include people management, project oversight, and sales enablement. Accountable for operational/financial metrics and maintaining project/portfolio profitability while ensuring quality of project delivery and maintaining customer referenceability.
Responsible for adherence to operational policies and achievement of portfolio performance to support business plan. Responsible for solution and pricing of proposals and supporting the sales process. Is accountable for managing a profitable revenue stream. Typically manages a relatively small number of individual contributing project managers. Provides oversight to projects within portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction in a profitable manner.
8+ years of experience relevant to this position, including 2 years of project or direct line management experience. Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Selling skills preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Ability to travel as needed.
