Required Skills:

• Responsible for end to end recruitment.
• Worked on both Contractual and permanent jobs.
• Screening of candidates to check their interest and fitment.
• Sourcing profiles based on the required skill.
• Scheduling interviews with short listed candidates.
• Follow-ups with candidates for status.
• Preparing Job Descriptions.
• Delivering numbers as per the Requirement.
• Good knowledge on job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder; tax terms in US (W2, 1099, C2C etc.).
• Responsible for candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, salary negotiation.
