Manager/ Senior Manager - Talent & Organization Development (OD) Lead
Role Purpose: To drive the talent agenda at Nykaa and enhance organization effectiveness through ongoing diagnostics and roll out of relevant OD/ change management interventions.
Critical Skills & Experience:1. Overall 4 to 8 years' experience with at least 2 years of HR business partnering experience
2. Ability to conceptualize and design talent management and OD interventions
3. Ability to independently facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders and connect with employees across levels
4. Ability to analyze data and draw out meaningful insights
Qualification: MBA (2016, 2017, 2018 batches) from Tier 1 institutes
