As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and customers through virtual communication channels. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products or services. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture virtual client relationships
- Act as their main contact, promptly addressing needs
- Provide exceptional service by resolving issues effectively
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Educate clients about our offerings
- Develop strategies to retain clients
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM
- Analyze and find solutions for client issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any domain required
- Excellent communication in English along with proficiency in any one regional language: Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, or Tamil
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience preferred
