Windows experience is a must
Desktop Support (Operating System Installation, MS Office, Outlook configuration, Basic Software Installation, Hardware Up gradation/Change
Basic Knowledge about Switch mounting, RACK mounting, Network Cabling, CCTV camera installation, Router, LAN, WAN, Desktop, Laptop, Switch, CCTV, DVR, NVR, Attendance Machine, Cabling, Access Point(Wi-Fi)
Troubleshoot Windows Hardware and Software issues to resolution
Troubleshoot Outlook related issues
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Good communication, documentation, and customer service skills
Problem Solving and troubleshooting skills
Able to quickly learn new software setup requirements, configuration rules, update procedures, etc.
