Facilitate interactive and creative communication with customers through IM.
Will play a vital role in managing and communicating with non-English speaking clients.
• Answer IM Chat messages
Excellent written and verbal skills in the Slovakian language
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Able to interact in the English language
Able to work with a virtual team environment
Experience in customer service and/or business process/technology support is not required, but an advantage
