What you'll do
In your new role, you’ll lead, motivate and support your team, maintaining a highly collaborative environment, focusing on engagement. You’ll be communicating clearly and with impact with your team on a regular basis, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
You’ll also be:
Supporting the implementation of business-wide strategy, including the delivery of an effective operating rhythm across the team that covers all areas of the balanced business scorecard
Delivering value-add coaching and development that results in high performing sales
Supporting team effectiveness and productivity and an outstanding client experience
The skills you'll need
To be successful in this role, it’s crucial that you have the ability to lead, involve, inspire and develop teams. We’ll also expect you to have a good understanding of Private Banking and Wealth Management marketplace, clients, products and services.
On top of this, you’ll need:
Full appreciation of the Private Banking strategy and the ability to support implementation of strategies to achieve business objectives
A strong track record and performance of working within an FCA regulated investment or banking advice organisation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proven track record of delivering results through coaching
