We are now looking for a Recruiter (Contract).
What you'll be doing:
As a Recruiter at NVIDIA you will play a key role in helping to craft the organization's future by collaborating with colleagues across the company to consistently identify and attract brilliant people to our team.
You will be part of a team that is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing a broad recruiting strategy
Provide innovative ways to help drive NVIDIA's hiring process and the overall candidate and hiring manager experience
Build and maintain a network of candidates through creative sourcing techniques that may include web/social sourcing, networking events, conferences, research, referrals, and other creative ways to build the candidate pipeline
Responsible for full recruiting life cycle
Manage staffing related data, indicators and reports
What we need to see:
3+ years in-house recruiting experience with real passion for the overall hiring manager and candidate experience, hiring top talent and providing staffing solutions
Deep knowledge of sourcing specifically ASIC/Verification, VLSI (Physical Design, Circuit Design, CAD, etc) and Mixed Signal Circuit Design Engineers
Demonstrable ability to partner and influence hiring managers and partners
Ability to develop candidate pipelines through a variety of sourcing techniques
Experience in handling recruiting projects, multiple searches and clients
Applicant Tracking System experience
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Workday ATS experience a plus
Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
