The team you'll be part of
The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
High performance team, that communicates with salesforce users across organisation and ensures all CRM platform related process, enhancement, support tickets and issues are resolved well in time and works flawlessly.
What you will learn and contribute to
As part of our team, you will:
Administer and support NOKIA CRM system based on Salesforce Platform, including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations.
Works with substantial discretion and uses specialist knowledge, analytical skills, judgment and broad conceptual and practical experience to solve complex problems and to contribute to process improvements.
Transfers concepts for professional direction of own organisational unit into actionable measures.
Provides working leadership and training to less experienced personnel.
May lead small projects with limited risks and resource requirements.
Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Your skills and experience
Prior experience as Salesforce Admin with Salesforce Admin Certification
Experience in handling and communicating with customers in global environment
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
It would be nice if you also had:
Work experience in MS Office suite applications like Teams, PowerApps, Powerpoint etc
Telecommunication working experiences will be an add-on
Willingness to learn new things / concepts and innovation
