Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Identify Network related issues and route the issue to the proper team & to be able to execute basic networking commands like ping/Tcping/nslookup/Tracert on user's machine
• Install missing Windows patches on user machines
• Setup and troubleshoot network printer
• Install various software

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Good experience with Windows 10 OS
• Mac systems setup
• Experience with MS outlook setup and troubleshooting
• Deploy Operating system via network boot
• Knowledge on Bitlocker
• Basic knowledge of SCCM software
• Mac systems setup (preferred)
