As a Software Engineer in the Digital Transformation Platform – Operations team you will work with senior business and technology leaders and internal business users and Partners to conceive, design and implement Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications and pick the best technical architecture to solve their business needs.
This role requires an individual with very strong hands-on experience in building Power platforms, portals and Dynamics solutions at Enterprise Scale Implementations and skills in communication to enable the success of critical projects.
In addition to this, success in this role requires someone who is strong at coming up with the right architecture, able to go broad and connect the dots between the different system within the portfolio as well as able to dive into details.

In this role, you will also need to work closely with Program Managers in their feature areas to ensure that partner and customer requirements are thoroughly understood and reflected in future product releases. Another responsibility associated with this position is helping to design the product to overcome and eliminate challenges facing Enterprise organizations, and to provide our customers and Partners with deeper guidance on how best to leverage Dynamics 365 and Power platform
Total 10+ years work experience along with 4+ years of experience with CRM software and delivery.
Strong experience with PowerApps Portals
OR equivalent experience.
Experience with Power Apps, Power BI and / or Azure
Additional or preferred experience or skills
Demonstrated experience working in geographically distributed teams.
Technical lead experience driving sprint planning, design reviews and architecture reviews will be helpful.
